pk80 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. Any user found to have misrepresented their age during the registration process will have their account permanently closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and original deposit amounts will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

All bets are subject to acceptance by pk80. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error. A bet is not considered accepted until a confirmation reference number is issued by the platform.
Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. In-play (live) odds update continuously and reflect current match conditions. pk80 strives to maintain accurate and competitive odds but accepts no liability for market fluctuations occurring after a bet has been confirmed.
Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the timeframe specified by pk80 for the relevant sport or competition, affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. In accumulator bets, a void selection will be treated as a non-runner, and the accumulator will continue with the remaining selections.
Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and will be communicated within the betting interface. pk80 reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits where unusual or high-stakes betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pk80 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the pk80 platform, including but not limited to the pk80 logo, brand name, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk80 or its licensed third-party providers. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any pk80 content without express prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorised use of pk80 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk80 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss.
pk80 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any particular gaming or betting outcome will occur. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pk80's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk80 account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk80 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the Company. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk80 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention agencies, and regulatory bodies where required by law or platform operation necessitates it.

The version of these Terms currently published on pk80.app supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the pk80 platform, you must follow the formal complaint procedure set out below before seeking any external remedy:
All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. pk80 will not consider claims submitted outside this window except in cases of documented technical error or circumstances beyond the user's control.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. pk80 will notify dormant account holders by email prior to applying any administrative fee to maintain the account. The monthly dormancy fee applicable at the time will be published in the pk80 fee schedule. Dormancy fees will never reduce a balance below zero. Upon reactivation, fees will cease to apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the pk80 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk80 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements between the parties.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
